The wait is almost over. The 2020 Lincoln Aviator will be flying into dealerships this summer in two models: standard and Grand Touring.
Think of the new Lincoln Aviator as the Ford Explorer with a whole range of features, technologies, and style updates that elevate it into a new world of luxury. Under the hood of the Aviator lurks a 3.0-liter V6, capable of 400 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque — that is, unless you go with the Aviator Grand Touring. It runs on an electrified version of the V6, bringing total horsepower to 450 hp and torque to 600 lb-ft.
Safety is a top priority at Lincoln, which is why the new Aviator will be available with the Lincoln Co-Pilot360™ suite of driver-assist technologies. A new upgraded version of this safety suite, called Co-Pilot360 Plus, adds Reverse Brake Assist, Active Park Assist Plus, Traffic Jam Assist, and Evasive Steering Assist.
Inside, the new Aviator features a Quiet Flight design language in one of three interior design themes: Chalet, Destination, and Flight. The Aviator also provides an abundance of technologies, including Phone As A Key and Perfect Position front seats with massage, heating, and ventilation functions.
