The 2019 Jeep® Renegade was recently unveiled at the Torino Motor Show in Italy, previewing what the Renegade will look like in America. The 2019 Renegade design will come with some exciting style updates and several new features. If you like the idea of a versatile SUV/crossover but want a more sophisticated ride, the Renegade is right for you.
According to AutoGuide, the latest Renegade will come with the most extensive changes in the front. There will be distinct halo LED headlights to improve both styling and visibility, and the iconic seven-slot grille has been tweaked to make it more modern. There are also integrated turn signals and a range of new wheel options to help you customize styling.
Under the hood, there will also be a few changes. Currently, the Renegade has the option of either a 2.4-liter Tigershark engine or the 1.4-liter MultiAir turbocharged engine. In Europe, there will be a 1.0-liter and 1.3-liter engine added to the lineup, though it’s not entirely clear yet what the U.S. version will get. We do know, however, that the Renegade will still come with a six-speed manual or a nine-speed automatic transmission.
Other new features include distinct taillights, a brand new liftgate handle to make it simple to access the rear, as well as a few added contours to sharpen the sporty stance.
As we wait for the arrival of the new Renegade, come into Hometown Motors for a test drive of our current Jeep® inventory.
